Excellent Training Tool!
Use this book for my Front Office Operations class and the book is certainly an asset to the class. It's basically the front office of a hotel wrapped up into a bunch of pages! Helps the reader to practice things such as night audit and gives great detailed explanations and terminology. A great to help to anyone studying, working, or training in the Front Office department!
