Tips, checklists, industry forms, do’s and don’ts, and useful ideas from industry professionals offer practical tools you can implement on the job.
This online course includes a 100-question final exam. Successful completion of the exam (70% or higher) leads to a course completion certificate. Scores of 90% or higher earn a certificate "with honors."
