The Guestroom Attendant online program presents skills training on job specific responsibilities and tasks with emphasis on the importance of getting to know your property, safety procedures, and security policies housekeeping employees must know and follow for the position.
The program, which takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete, utilizes video segments, interactive activities, printable checklists and worksheets. A 25-question quiz at the end of the program tests the individual's comprehension of the required skills and knowledge necessary to work in the housekeeping department of any hotel.
Individuals will receive a keycode upon purchase to access the online program for three-months from date of purchase. |
