Additionally, users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information (e.g., user name, e-mail address) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas of the EI Site, that information, along with any substantive information disclosed in the user's communication, can be collected and correlated and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of EI.

Upon request, EI will allow any user to "opt out" of further EI promotional contacts at any time. Additionally upon request, will use reasonable efforts to allow users to update/correct personal information previously submitted which the user states is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. Also, upon a user's request, EI will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her personally information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.

Customers outside the United States and Puerto Rico will be responsible for customs charges, brokerage fee, and duties when applicable. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. We accept street addresses only.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Courses and texts must be returned within 12 months. Items must be received in resalable condition (no bent or dirty covers, no writing, etc.).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
