	Very happy with this user friendly bi-lingual training on the new ADA requirements. It has become part of our orientation as it is an excellent overview of how to interact with disabled guests in every department from the front desk, to housekeeping, to food & beverage. It also helps an employee understand how to respond to guests who might not understand anothers' right to have a service animal in the restaurant, etc. which is also very helpful.
